چکیده

Black cumin seed oil (MBJH) ( Nigella sativa L .) is a well-known herb with pharmacology activities such as anticancer and anti-thrombocytopenia. The limitation of MBJH has poor absorption when using oral dosage form. liquid SNEDDS (Self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system) an alternative formulation. However, the disadvantage liquid-SNEDDS MJBH was interaction between active ingredients soft gelatin capsules. Hence, this study proposed to develop solid-SNEDDS new formulation MBJH. Solid-SNEDDS prepared from liquid-SEDDS by adsorption solid carrier method, consisting aerosil crospovidone adsorbent. characterization S-SNEDDS determined emulsification time percent transmittance. Micromeritics properties angle repose, bulk tap density parameter, compressibility index, Hausner ratio were measured  before after stored in stress condition (40 ̊ C ± 2 relative humidity 75% 5% for 14 days). result showed absorbent had better performance both characteristics micromeritics under conditions than absorbent. In conclusion, s-SNEDDS black method promising future research development
